Organic Chemistry Tutor - How To Find One For FreeIt has been the great pastimes of the students to engage in the natural pursuit of organic chemistry to get a good result. But since there are countless chemistry labs and institutes out there, and many students cannot afford it, they are looking for something more in the way of employment. What they need is an organic chemistry tutor. The tutor can teach the students at no cost.It is essential that one learns the chemical theory first before one is supposed to tackle the lab. It is true that you can learn the theory in any school or institute. But the problem is that these schools and institutes are not providing their help in the lab for free. You will have to pay money only if you enroll for the 'Accelerated Equilibrium Class' (AEC) or if you opt for the Aspiring Scientist (AS) class. But the principle behind the government grants is that all students will get the same classes provided by the government even if they do not meet the quota for that particular class. So if you are free to spend as much as you want, then go ahead and enroll for the classes. The best way to start learning about organic chemistry is to enroll in a decent institute. The quality of the content is not as high as that of a professional journal. The best way to research the subject is to use the online method. It is very convenient to take your subjects in the online form and even if you lack time you ca n easily check on the labs that you are to attend or if you are supposed to attend the practical examination. The efficient way to use the internet to research about the subject is to check several institutions and newspapers that publish articles on the subject. All these can help you discover a suitable institute, a reliable journal and the latest information on the subject.

The Questions You Should Ask During an Interview
The Questions You Should Ask During an Interview via Pixabay Good Questions to Ask During an Interview Can you describe a typical day for this position? Asking about everyday responsibilities will show your interest in the details of the position. This question also gives you an idea of what you will be doing each day. What important qualities are required for this position? The answer to this question will help you decide if this job is right for you. If you feel that you have the qualities the interviewer suggests or are willing to obtain them, you will feel more confident about the job. What are your expectations for someone in this position? Knowing what kind of expectations your boss or supervisor has can help you decide if you are able to succeed in this position or not. What is the company culture like? The culture of the company can affect your happiness while working there. If a business and professional environment intimidate you, then choose to work for a more laid-back and casual company. How do you respond to conflict? This question is usually directed towards you, but feel free to ask your interviewer how they handle conflict as well. Itâs important to work together with colleagues and resolve conflict quickly and professionally. How has this position evolved? When you ask this question, you show your interviewer your interest in growing within the company and willingness to take on more responsibilities. If the position is a dead-end, you may not have opportunities for advancement. What do you like about working for this company? Ask your interviewer what they like about working at the company. Hearing a personal opinion can give you more insight into the realities of working there. How do you evaluate success? This is an important question to ask during an interview because it gives you an idea of what you need to do to be recognized as successful by your boss or supervisor. How do I compare to other candidates? Itâs okay to ask about other people being interviewed for the job. It will give you a realistic idea as to how qualified you are for the position and how likely you will be hired. Is there anything else I can provide that was not covered in the interview? Asking this question shows your interviewer your willingness to offer more than asked. When will you make your decision? At the conclusion of the interview, ask when they expect to make a decision. This question calms your nerves and gives you a timeline of when you should hear back by. via Pixabay Questions NOT to Ask During an Interview What is the salary? Asking this question shows your interviewer that you are more interested in making money than performing the job itself. Do I get an employee discount? Once again, this question makes it seem that you prioritize your own benefit from the job over the companyâs benefit of hiring you. Will I get a promotion or a raise quickly? You are not interviewing for future positions; only focus on the job you have applied for. Will there be a drug test? Even if you will pass a drug test if given, asking this question makes it seem like you have something to hide. What does your company do? We canât stress this enough: always research the company you are interviewing for. Showing up unprepared demonstrates that you arenât interested in the job. via Pixabay Other Tips *Answer your interviewer with confidence. Show them that you know you are the right person for the job. *Always shake their hand at the beginning and end of the interview. Keep eye contact when listening and answering questions. *Dress your best! Sometimes itâs tricky to know whether you should dress business casual or business professional. My rule of thumb is that dressing professionally will never hurt your chances of getting a job.

What Is Instagram And Why Do Teens Love It?Instagram is an app where users can share videos, photos and messages across different channels including IGTV, stories, direct messages or feed. Whether celebrating a big life milestone, or an everyday moment with friends, Instagram can be the ideal platform to keep in touch with family and friends and share interests within an online community. Available on iPhone, iPad, iPod touch and Android tablets and phones, the app has built a huge user base that many enjoy every day. The minimum age to create an Instagram account is 13 years old. Users arenât asked to verify their age but there are many children who use the service with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian. However, Instagram will delete underage accounts if they are made aware of them and the account cannot verify their age. Instagram is a creative outlet for many young people. The primary use of the platforms is to share photos w ith friends and connections, and this goes beyond just a candid âsnapâ. Using the app, users can learn the basics of photo editing and develop an understanding of layout and design, when creating a tone or theme to their profile. These skills can be useful in other areas of life, and can even encourage a passion for photography, graphic design, or social media marketing. The way that photos, videos and stories can be edited allows young people to create even more of an online depiction of their personality. Users can tailor the content they see on their feed by following accounts that share images and videos of what they are interested in. From puppies to make-up tutorials, and sports to pop culture memes, there is a huge variety of content to enjoy on Instagram. Users can stay within the bubble they create for themselves, or discover similar content and new accounts to follow by exploring hashtags, and engaging with others sharing similar photos. Is Instagram Dangerous? The platform itself is not inherently dangerous. Much like any other social media app, there are risks you should be aware of and consider before agreeing to the terms and conditions of use, and letting your teens run off unsupervised. Instagram does have several policies in place to safeguard users and especially young people, but there are a few ways that users can have a negative experience of using Instagram, before the guidelines and rules take effect. Your child might encounter cyber bullying from their peers via Instagram. Bullies may leave hurtful comments on someoneâs posts or share mean content about an individual on a different profile. Sometimes this is anonymous but is often from other young people who know the victim. This can have an extremely negative effect on the way young people see themselves and engage with their peers. A user can also be exposed to inappropriate content on Instagram. Despite having a thorough set of guidelines, some pro files will post sensitive content such as nudity, violence or discriminatory comments and it will be missed by moderators. Even though your child might only be following particular topics and accounts, these can sometimes be infiltrated by those wishing to show inappropriate content to young people. Your child might also be sharing inappropriate content without realising it. For example, posting improper images of someone under 18, or making comments that are considered racist or homophobic, are things that your child is responsible for. Make sure your child understands what they should and should not be posting before they use Instagram, or that you follow their account and can advise on anything they should reconsider. Young people may not fully understand the effects of posting certain information on an online platform. Privacy should be explained to teens who use Instagram and other social media, to ensure they are not sharing personal information that can put them or others in danger. Posting things like addresses online should be avoided at all times as well as information that can be used for online security passwords. Other less obvious problems are things such as the effects on mental health from over using the platform. It is important to monitor whether your child can detach from using the platform and others like it. Being exposed to crafted messages and heavily edited photos can change the behaviour, attitude and self worth of young people who do not understand the full effects of long term social media use. As parents and guardians, we are here to help guide them. How Can I protect my child on Instagram? This guide is here to help you understand Instagram and the way young people use it. However, one of the best ways for you to better understand the platform, and especially how your children make use of it, is to ask them to talk you through it. Kids and Teens are often keen to show off their skills, especially when it comes to popular technology. Asking for a demo is an easy way for you to see first hand how they engage with their peers and friends, gauge their level of understanding of ways it can and should be used, and understand the app itself and how it works. Your child will use Instagram differently to how their friend, sibling or yourself might use the app, so it is best to simply ask them to show you and you can learn how to support them to use it safely.Check out these key actions you should be aware of to ensure your child is safe and happy when using Instagram.Make their account private. Having a private account on Instagram means that the user has to approve everyone who follows them. Only once the user has given permission, can the other person see their posts and engage with the content. This offers a level of privacy and ensures only people your child knows and trusts can see with their profile. Tap on the profile button at the bottom right of the platform, select options (iOS) or the 3 vertical dots (Android ) and scroll to âPrivate Accountâ. Swipe the button to the right and it will turn blue to show the account has been made private. Block Bullies Trolls. If someone is bothering your child with messages, comments, or by tagging them in photos that they do not want to be tagged in, your child can block that person with only a few clicks. A person that you block cannot contact you directly in any way. Blocking someone stops them from mentioning you in comments, tagging you, and seeing the content that you post. Block a user by going to their profile, tap the 3 dots in the top right and select âblockâ. Reporting Problematic Posts. If there are users which you believe are posting inappropriate photos, videos and comments, and breaking the community guidelines of Instagram, you can report them. Click the 3 dots next to their username and select âReportâ. You have the chance to say why you think it is inappropriate and Instagram will investigate and moderate if they have to. Managing Comments. To avoid escalating to the point of blocking or reporting a user, your child can simply manage the way comments are left on their posts. In the âComment Controlâ section of the settings, a user can choose to allow comments from their followers, people they follow, followers of those they follow, or everyone. Limiting who can comment on photos can improve mental health and reduce the harassment that can happen from other users. Your child can remove comments from their posts by swiping left on the comment (iOS) or tapping the comment and holding (Android). Tracking Time on Instagram. Whether youâre an adult or teenager, it is very easy to lose track of time when on social media. Instagram has introduced a number of tools to manage the time your child spends on the platform, and for you both to understand how to use it more productively. Access these controls by selecting âYour Activityâ from the menu on your childâs profile where you can see the average time spent on Instagram, set reminders when a time limit is exceeded, and mute some or all notifications. Posting to Stories. Whilst publishing something to an Instagram âstoryâ isnât necessarily making it private, it is temporary. A story will disappear after 24 hours unless saved to the highlights of the profile. Whilst teens and adults should avoid posting inappropriate content at all times, a story is a chance to post something silly that wonât become part of your permanent feed. On your profile, click the blue cross on the bottom right of the profile picture to add to a story. Check that if your childâs Instagram is linked to their Facebook account, that their stories arenât posted automatically to their Facebook story as well. Setting up your own account. In addition to asking your child to show you their instagram, why not ask them to help set up one for you? You donât necessarily need to post a lot, or in the same way as your child, but it could give you a way of monitoring that your teen is using the platform in a safe way, but without asking to see their phone eve ry so often. Hey, you might even find content you like yourself. Donât get downhearted, there is a lot of cool, interesting and useful content to be found on Instagram and it can give your child a creative outlet, increase their knowledge, and plays an important part in their social circles. Young people like Greta Thurnberg and Casey Ann are using Instagram to spread their messages and inspire other young people to get active in areas such as reading and environmental activism. We hope this guide is useful and lets you and your child enjoy using Instagram in the best way. Getting kids to start reading can be made easy and fun - ALOHA Mind Math
Getting kids to start reading can be made easy and fun Reading to your children every day is one of the most important things a parent can do. Not only you spend quality time with you children but also cultivate into them a habit which is a multidimensional process involving word recognition, comprehension, fluency, and motivation. Kindergarten and first grade lay the foundation for how kids feel about books throughout theireducation, says Annemarie B. Jay, Ph.D., director of graduate and doctoral reading programs at Widener University, in Chester, Pennsylvania. As a kid I used to dread reading a book merely by just looking at the thickness of the book. Have you faced similar issues with your children? It is very important for a parent not only to read to their children but to also teach them to read on their own and most importantly getting them to like doing it. You need to draw them to have an equally liking towards letters, sounds and words as much they have towards playing board games. Learning to read is a simple process, it may take a while to develop reading proficiency but once the foundation is laid itâs for life and your kids will benefit from it forever. I would like to share with you a few tricks which you could probably use to take your first steps towards getting your kids to start reading and off course enjoy doing it to. Go beyond books; get your kids to read almost everything they come across in their daily life for example comics, game directions, cereal boxes, sign boards, store names when youâre driving, billboards, kid-friendly magazines or columns the list can go on. This gets them to comprehend and synthesize the information from what theyve read. Read it out aloud and engage your kids in the story; discuss the story plot with them this jump starts their imagination process and helps kids predict the story while illustrations often give them clues to word. They also build knowledge bank of words through this. Bring in competition: List down 5 books which you and your kid can read and keep a tracker and see how far each one goes on daily basis. The winner obviously gets gift in form of BEST SELLER. Enroll to the Aloha Reading/Writing program which is an integrated approach to develop and strengthen communication skills. Aloha mind math reading writing programs have achieved some commendable results getting kids to bring about a structure in their reading skills which includes fiction and nonfiction passages from a variety of genres. The strength of this program is that it is not like tutoring programs in which the students are expected to sit for an hour and fill out worksheets. In the Aloha Reading/Writing program the students are active learners as opposed to passive recipients of information. They are engaged throughout the lesson and the active learning experience results in confident and effective communicators. Check them out here http://alohamindmath.com/program/reading-writing/ Well I am going to be sharing these ideas with my friends and family and hope you can use them and do the same.

gTar Is This Grown-Up Guitar Hero Worth It
gTar Is This Grown-Up Guitar Hero Worth It Suzy S. Weve posted about cool tech innovations before, but were especially intrigued by the newest it item for budding musicians: behold, the gTar. While many professionals have criticized earlier programs like Rock Band and Guitar Hero for not teaching actual chords, with the gTar, youre actually playing on true-to-life frets and strings. The product is still in the early stages, but its been getting a ton of industry buzz. Playing the hardware looks easy enough: simply place your phone in the iPhone dock, choose a song within the gTar app library, and the corresponding strings/frets light up as the tune plays through. Users can also open a free play mode, allowing you to pick and play at your leisure along with different instruments and effects. Check out this video footage of the inventor, Idan Beck, explaining the concept: Its been interesting to see the evolution of these kinds of games and programs: weve seen Rocksmith and Guitar Prodigy roll through, with the technology to hook up to real guitars, and other novelty apps like the Futulele transform iPads and iPhones into instruments, but this newest product is the closest weve gotten to the real thing. Basically, as HypeBot describes, the gTar is a $450 guitar with an iPhone for a brain. Sensors fill the neck of the guitar, and every string vibration is recognized although the sounds come out of your iPhones speakers. The company worked with guitar makers to make it as true-to-form as possible, and the body is made out of wood, as opposed to plastic. Our opinion? Products like gTar will never replace good old-fashioned guitars (or guitar teachers!). But we want to hear what you think are you still suspicious of virtual guitar games like the gTar?
